At the April 2, 2019 regular meeting, the Board discussed conservation measures for the District for this season. While we have had plenty of rain, conservation needs to be a "Way of Life" and current laws require residents follow certain rules. At the meeting, the Board adopted that Del Paso Manor Water District will be in Phase 1 for the 2019 season which means we are in a "watch" phase. We ask for voluntary reductions and for each citizen to use water wisely and efficiently. The law requires certain "common sense" rules. The District's "Drought Preparedness and Water Shortage Plan" is attached below. The "common sense" regulations as required by law are:
* Do not water within 48 hours after measurable rainfall
* Do not allow water to run off property
* No open hoses at any time
* All leaks must be fixed immediately
* No hosing off driveways, walkways, and hardscapes
* Must use a shut off nozzle when washing automobiles
Del Paso Manor Water District (the "District") is committed to ensuring that its services are accessible to all
members of the public. As part of this commitment, the District strives to provide an accessible website compatible with
the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.1, AA, and commercial screen reading software. Features of the
website are created to allow individuals with vision and other impairments to understand and use the website to the same
degree as someone without disabilities.
