The Del Paso Manor Water Districts Board of Directors approved a rate increase effective November 01, 2023. They also approved moving from bi-monthly (every other month) billing to monthly billing.
With many of our ratepayers utilizing the autopay option through their financial institution (ie: Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Golden 1, etc.), this is a reminder to adjust the payment amount and frequency to reflect the new rate and billing cycle.
If you are currently using the online access through the Districts customer portal no changes are necessary. All autopay(s) are scheduled to pull the outstanding account balance at the time of payment.
Please note, with the District moving to monthly billing, all scheduled autopay(s) will now be debited on the 15th of every month beginning February 2024.
Please feel free to contact the District should you have any questions. On behalf of the Board of Directors and staff, we thank you for your continued support.
