OFFICE CLOSED TO GENERAL PUBLIC

Beginning December 20, 2021 and until further notice, Del Paso Manor Water District (DPMWD) will be closing its main lobby to the public due to COVID-19 Omicron Variant concerns. DPMWD takes the health and safety of its rate payers and staff very seriously and we will do everything in our control to maintain a safe and health work environment.

On November 24, 2021, a new variant of SARS-CoV-2, B.1.1.529, was reported to the World Health Organization (WHO). This new variant was first detected in specimens collected on November 11, 2021 in Botswana and on November 14, 2021 in South Africa.

On November 26, 2021, WHO named the B.1.1.529 Omicron and classified it as a Variant of Concern (VOC). On November 30, 2021, the United States designated Omicron as a Variant of Concern, and on December 1, 2021 the first confirmed U.S. case of Omicron was identified.

Customers can still pay their water bill on site by placing their payment in our drop box located at 1817 Maryal Drive, Suite 300, Sacramento, CA 95864. Please be sure to include your payment stub and/or write your account number on your check or money order. Please avoid paying in cash during this time.

DPMWD Board and staff will continue to monitor the evolving situation involving the COVID-19 Omicron Variant. Our first priority is the commitment to the safety of the public and employees while maintaining the delivery of high-quality and reliable water supplies.
